Overview
In this article, you'll learn how to:
Enable multi-payor invoice support in 8am LawPay.
Locate the Payor Index Number in Elite 3E (required for the correct invoice to appear for the payor).
Part 1: Enable Multi-Payor Invoice Functionality
Follow these steps within LawPay Link to turn on the feature:
Sign in to LawPay Link.
Navigate to Settings and select the Connect | 3E tab at the top.
Scroll down to locate the Multi-Payor Invoice Display option.
Toggle the switch to On.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
Part 2: Locate the Payor Index Number
To ensure the correct client is associated with a multi-payor invoice, you must provide them with their specific index number.
Sign in to Elite 3E.
Navigate to the Payor section.
Locate the specific Payors being associated with the invoice.
Note the Payor Index number provided in this section.
Action Item: Provide this Payor Index number to your client directly, or update your invoice email template to include this information automatically.
