Notification When a Client Pays an Invoice or Quick Bill Request

When a client makes a payment on an invoice or Quick Bill request, you will receive an email letting you know the payment has been made, along with payment details and the time frame for it to be in your account.

You can also track the payment status by going to the Billing tab and reviewing the status of an invoice. To see if a specific payment has been made, you can sort by contact or case.
