There are up to ten built-in timers available to track the amount of time spent on various activities. You can submit a time entry for each activity.
The timer is located in the top right corner of the screen.
Click Start Timer to begin tracking your time.
Once the timer starts counting, you can add the Case Link and an optional Description for the time entry.
You then have the option to:
Pause the timer. You can then resume tracking your time whenever you'd like.
Delete the timer.
Save the timer.
Close the timer.
View Time Entries to see all time tracked.
Start New Timer pauses your current timer and starts a new one. There can be a maximum of five timers, but only one can be running at a time.
If you log out of your account with a timer running, a dialogue box appears reminding you of the running timer and confirming your logout
If you close out of your browser or are automatically logged out the timer will be automatically paused for you.
Note: You can move from page to page while the timer runs and not lose your time. The timer always stays displayed in the top right corner of the screen.
