How to change the email address for payment notifications

8am™ LawPay lets administrators customize who receives both successful and failed transaction notification emails.

Navigating to the notification settings

  1. Log into LawPay and click Settings from the left navigation menu

  2. Click Firm Settings then Firm Notifications

  3. To delete an existing email address click on the x next to the email address in the in the email field.

  4. To add a new email address, type the email address into the field and press return/enter. The email will display below the field once added successfully.

  5. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page for the settings to take effect.
