How to request Trust Funds via Quick Bill

This article will outline how to create a Quick Bill to request funds for your client's trust account.

Create Quick Bill for Trust Funds

  1. Go to the Invoicing tab

  2. Click the Quick Bill button

  3. Select New or Existing Contact

  4. Enter the Amount

  5. Select the Deposit Account

  6. Select funds allocation

    1. This is the trust account that the funds will be applied to.

  7. Enter Reference information

  8. Update Subject Line & Custom Email Text, if desired.

  9. Upload optional Attachments

  10. Click Send


What Your Client Sees

  1. This is the email they will receive.

  2. When they click Pay Now, they will be taken to this payment page to enter their Credit Card information and make payment.
