Create Quick Bill for Trust Funds
Go to the Invoicing tab
Click the Quick Bill button
Select New or Existing Contact
Enter the Amount
Select the Deposit Account
Select funds allocation
This is the trust account that the funds will be applied to.
Enter Reference information
Update Subject Line & Custom Email Text, if desired.
Upload optional Attachments
Click Send
What Your Client Sees
This is the email they will receive.
When they click Pay Now, they will be taken to this payment page to enter their Credit Card information and make payment.
