User Permissions

Updated this week

Administrator

When someone is an administrator, they have the ability to edit firm billing settings and see all firm financials on the dashboard. This permission grants the user the most access.

Collect Payments

Collect payments allows staff to run transactions via the Charge button on the homepage.

Issue Refunds

Users with this permission can refund and void payments on the Transactions page. They can refund both online and offline payments, although offline is only for bookkeeping purposes.

View Reports

The View Reports permission allows the user to run and view reports, as well as the home dashboard.

View Statements

This permission allows the user to view the Monthly Statements which show the breakdown of fees each month.

Manage Quick Bills and Invoices

The manage Quick Bills and Invoice permission allows a user to create, edit, and delete invoices and see invoice financial totals on the dashboard. If a user does not have this permission, they will not see the Invoicing tab on the left navigation menu or the Create Invoice button on the homepage. They also cannot see the financial totals for invoices on the dashboard, or the “Aging Invoices” report.
