Undoing an Import

To undo an import:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select the Import/Export tab.

  3. Select the View History link next to Import Options.

  4. Select the Undo icon.​​

Once that is complete, you have successfully undone your import.

Q: Who can undo an import?

A: Only the user who executed the import can undo it.

Q: How long is the undo option available for an import?

A: The option to undo an import is available for a duration of one week. After the week has passed, the undo icon will no longer be visible. This is because we are not able to undo data like time entries once they have been linked to invoices.
