User permissions allow you to control exactly what your staff can see and do within LawPay. By tailoring these settings, you ensure that team members have the tools they need while maintaining firm security and data privacy.

Administrative Roles

Administrator

This permission grants the user the most extensive access to the system.

  • Billing & Financials: Ability to edit firm billing settings and view all firm financials on the dashboard.

  • Account Control: Admin users can set and manage permissions for all other accounts within the firm.

  • Transaction Oversight: Admins can control access to transaction visibility and specific actions across the platform.
