Overview

The Reporting Tab offers reports specific to Financial and Productivity Reports.

Including:

  • Aging Invoices: See how long each invoice has been overdue

  • Accounts Receivable: All invoices, status and balance due

  • Trust Account Summary: Summary of debits and credits and account balances

  • Trust Account Activity: Details of debits and credits

  • Transactions: Payments are collected via all LawPay payment pages

  • Electronic Payments: View LawPay Processing fees

  • Deposit Funds: View funds deposited to Trust and Operating accounts by month

  • Monthly Summary Report: View LawPay Processing fees

  • Transaction Report: Summary of all transactions by Date Range, Account and Status

  • User Time & Expenses: Time entries and expenses for yourself and other timekeepers

Create Reports

To run and view a report:

  1. Select the Reports Tab.

  2. Select the Report you want to view.

  3. Add Filters.
    Note: Filters change based on the report.

  4. Select Run Report button.

  5. Export the report by selecting the Export button. Reports can be downloaded as a PDF or CSV file.
